The presented single-family residential building design in Bydgoszcz was developed in Smukała, a picturesque residential estate nestled among greenery. The area is distinguished by several preserved, century-old buildings and a diverse array of single-family architecture, reflecting the district's successive stages of development.

"Polish House" was designed with an archetypal, timeless form, referencing the finest, harmoniously aging examples of local architecture. The interior creates a cohesive, interwoven space – the layout of the rooms is designed to naturally frame views of the garden and surrounding greenery as you move through the house.
