The form stems directly from the requirements of the building's two primary functions. We lowered part of the plot, locating loading docks and a convenient truck maneuvering area at its lowest point. At the front, we designed an elegant, two-story office area with a representative entrance hall.

The building's structure was based on modern technologies, including precast concrete composite walls. The upper part of the façade was finished with zinc sheeting, creating a striking metal "ribbon" that dynamically highlights the building's lines, following the terrain. Its form gradually reveals the building's concrete base while concealing the technical elements located above the roof. The ribbon also seamlessly transitions into the roof covering the docks and main entrance, additionally serving as sun protection for the offices located on the first floor.
